♥ When will my order ship? ♥ Your order will ship in 2-5 business days. I pack your orders as you place them, and go to the post office 2 times a week.

♥ Where are you from? ♥ I grew up in Colorado, next to the Rocky Mountains. In 2021 I moved to Massachusetts, then in 2022 moved to Rhode Island.
♥ When will I get my goodies? ♥ Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to make it's way home, within the U.S. Orders placed internationally can take up to a month to arrive to your home.
♥ What about tracking? ♥ Stickers and 5" x 7" prints don't get tracking, because they're so small. UNLESS you order multple prints with stickers. • Larger prints and all originals and commissions will have tracking. •
♥ Damaged or missing package? ♥ Hey, send me an email, let me know! Prints and stickers can easily be replaced. Just include your name or order number so I can find your order and send a replacement. If it hasn't shown up yet I'll see if it has been returned to me. If it has, I'll confirm your address is correct and send it back. If it hasn't, I'll send a replacement.
♥ Why does my packaging look used? ♥ It has been! In an effort to be more eco-conscious I reuse packaging that I save. Please reuse the packaging if you can, or recycle!
♥ What supplies do you use? ♥

• Watercolor Paper: Canson XL, Arches Cold Press and Arches Hot Press.
• Favorite watercolor sketchbook: Hahnemühle Watercolor Book or the Pentalic Aqua Journal.
• Favorite mixed media sketchbook: Handbook Journal Co. watercolor sketchbook.
• Brushes: Silver Brush Black Velvet brushes for watercolor and Princeton brushes for gouache.
